Owner, Janice started Arome with a passion for fresh ingredients and full flavor. Tired of stale spices from chain stores she sought to bring flavors from around the world to your kitchen. We search for local first whenever possible like with our Thai chilis grown in the Columbia River Gorge, Washington and culinary lavender from Terrebonne, Oregon. For spices not available locally we source globally and order in small quantities so you get the freshest products that make all that effort in the kitchen worth it! Go ahead and find your flavor....
Arome bottles olive oil expertly sourced by Veronica Foods Company from around the world, choosing our selections from the locations with the freshest crush and highest quality. We always offer a range of taste profile in our extra virgin olive oil from mild to robust. Our infused olive oils are always made with extra virgin olive oil carefully blended for the perfect flavor combination to make your next salad shine. Our agrumato (fused) oils are pressed directly with their namesake fruits in Tunisia. We also offer a Californian Walnut Oil and Japanese Toasted Sesame Oil. Here are some go recipes for easy and delicious vinaigrette dressings!
An explosion of flavor made with all natural ingredients, no coloring, no thickeners and no artificial ingredients. Arome bottles a collection of flavor that can step up for your next shrub salad or glaze. Some of our favorites are the 18-year age traditional, Sicilian lemon white balsamic and for espresso balsamic.
Our balsamic is produced using the Solera method, a traditional method which begins by cooking Trebbiano or Lambrusco grapes. With dark balsamic the cooking process begins to caramelize the grape must, while in white balsamic it is cooked to a lesser degree. This grape must is then moved to wooden barrels to start aging and inoculated with wine vinegar. As the aging process progresses the barrels are left open to the air and new liquid is blended with aged as the balsamic ferment
Our premium loose leaf teas are sourced with care to ensure you get the freshest tasting cup. Enjoy a floral Jasmine Pearl Green Iced Tea, use the Sunfire Turmeric to make a spicy golden milk brew or infused the La Dame Gris into your next buttercream frosting for a next level dessert.
