Lemon Peel

Lemon peel is the dehydrated rind of a lemon. It brings acidic and citrus notes to dishes and baked goods and is ideal to use when lemons are out of season or when you prefer not to introduce the wetness from fresh fruit. Use in lemon meringue pie filling, marmalades, sorbet, and with pepper and salt on grilled chicken.
