This is a small batch, locally grown basil from Nestor Peak in Washington. The flavor and aroma are like nothing you'll find with typical dried basil. This basil is a natural companion of tomatoes and adds great flavor to seafood, veal, lamb, and poultry. It also pairs beautifully with raspberries, lemon, dairy products, breads, summer squash and zucchini.
