Estate Reserve Cuvée
Our Peruvian Reserve is a single estate crush resulting from Kalamata and Barnea fruit picked simultaneously and crushed together. This masterful cuvee is reminiscent of an Italian aesthetic with pronounced notes of apple blossom, dried green tea leaf and juicy granny smith apple. This oil is well balanced with a punch of lingering pepper.

Portuguese Cobrancosa
Our 2024 Cobrancosa Reserve was harvested and processed in under an hour from trees grown in rocky soil. The result is an intensely aromatic and robust example. This particular batch displays bitter, herbaceous notes of unripe olive and green almond with pronounced floral notes on the back and loads of pungency.
