Curry Madras

A southern Indian blend that is spicy and flavorful. It is best used in sauces, marinades, braises, and curry accompanied with vegetables and meat.

Ingredients: Cumin, Black Mustard Seeds, Cardamom Seeds, Coriander, Fenugreek, Cinnamon, Ginger, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Chili.
