Hojicha

Roasted in porcelain pots over charcoal, Hojicha retains the smooth delicacy of Japanese green teas while also boasting a nutty tone that is unique among them.

Ingredients: Roasted Green Tea.

Steeping Instructions: Steep 1 tsp tea per 8 oz cup. Steep for 1.5 to 2 minutes in 180º - 190º F water. If tea becomes bitter, try steeping less or using cooler water.
