Our Chinese five-spice powder hails from northern China and is an aromatic spice blend that incorporates star anise, cloves, cinnamon, fennel seed and Szechuan peppercorns for heat. It works well with stir-fried vegetables, chicken, and fatty meats like pork and duck.
