We strive to provide an exceptional experience by welcoming all customers, offering samplings of our core products, and offering a range of culinary based events to engage the community. We go to great lengths to find local products and provide all-natural ingredients. Our products are free of additives and preservatives, coloring, MSG and all spices, teas and oil/vinegar are gluten free. You’ll get what you see, and you’ll love what you get!

In-store Pickup - Pickup is available at our Redmond location only. Please select in-store pickup as your option for delivery and you will not be charged for delivery. Once your order is ready for pickup you will receive an email confirmation. Shipping - We ship within the contiguous United States via UPS and USPS and charge freight on orders based on the box size and weight. All orders of $125 or greater in value ship for free via UPS Ground. Items are shipped within 3 days of order placement and will be sent via USPS or UPS and typically arrive between 5-10 business days when ground shipping is selected. Returns - Thank you for your purchase! With proof of purchase, unopened food products and kitchen ware products in their original retail packaging are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase. Sales of local art, pottery and discounted items are final. If you would like to make a return on an in-store purchase please return it to the store where the purchase was made and our staff will assist you. If you would like to return an online purchase please ship your products back to Arome at 432 SW 6th St in Redmond, OR 97756 and include a copy of your order confirmation noting the reason for the return. Damaged or Incorrect Items Shipped - If you received a shipment with damage or the incorrect flavors please email us at aromeredmond@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect product if possible, and we'll get a replacement out to you as quickly as possible.
