Celebrate Mardi Gras in Downtown Redmond with a delicious, warming bowl of Red Beans and Rice. A beloved New Orleans staple of both professional chefs and home cooks alike, this dish is deeply rooted in Cajun culture.
Join Mary from Arome on a Tuesday afternoon to learn how to make this dish from start to finish. After the demonstration, guests will be invited to dish up a bowl to enjoy in the wine bar. The first glass of beer or wine (or non-alcoholic option) is included with the cost of the class. The register is always open for other shopping, as well, and attendees receive 10% off the purchase of any class ingredients during the event.
