Warm broth, jammy soft boiled eggs, crispy pork belly and umami for miles. Join us in January and make a delicious bowl of homemade ramen to enjoy in Arome's wine bar. The class will start with a brief introduction on the history of ramen and how to make a great broth and bowl, followed by each guest crafting their own dish to enjoy in Arome's wine bar area.
