Princess Cake and Quiche – Central Oregon Style

Join our Store Manager, Mary, on this Sunday afternoon to learn how to make Swedish Princess Cake and Quiche from scratch with some special ingredients that we love here in Central Oregon! Think delicious Oregon strawberries and morel mushrooms! The perfect sweet and savory combination.

First, Mary will demonstrate making both dishes, then attendees will enjoy a plate with personal size versions of these dishes in the wine bar. Mimosas, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. All participants will take home a printed copy of the recipes, as well as receive a discount of 10% on any recipe ingredients purchased during the event.

Allergens: dairy, wheat, eggs, tree nuts. Note: We are unable to accommodate vegan requests for this event.

21 and younger welcome, but please note the number of guests under 21 in the order comments for appropriate seating accommodations.

Tickets are non-refundable within 2 weeks of the event. You are welcome to give your ticket to a friend if you are unable to attend. It would be greatly appreciated if you could notify us of any changes in attendance so we can send out reminders to the appropriate people.
