A ready made mix for a quick and tasty hummus: Using a food processor blend together 2 teaspoons of Hummus Spice, one 15-oz can of chickpeas (garbonzo beans) along with half of the liquid from the can, 2 Tbl lemon juice, 3 Tbl tahini, and 1-Tablespoons of Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Process until smooth. Garnish with paprika, parsley, pine nuts and olive oil, Harissa Spice and olive oil or Za'atar Spice and olive oil. Serve with toasted pita bread or veggies.
