Nestled in the hills above Dallas, Oregon lies West Haven Vineyard, a small, tranquil haven in the heart of the Willamette Valley run by a generous, hard-working family that you have to meet. Jim will not only be bringing his wonderful wines to share during this event but is also making everyone samples of his signature dish - chicken piccata. When he offered that, we decided to join in the fun and make Italian desserts for everyone as well. It will be an evening to remember for certain.
