Our Fused, Chilean green lemon (Eureka Green Limonato) was made by crushing green Arbequina olives alongside estate grown green Eureka Lemons in April. The result is an incredibly complex, powerfully fragrant and floral oil. Super concentrated, a little bit goes a long way! If you enjoyed our Lemon Agrumato Olive Oil this oil is a great option, the flavor is similar.
Pairs beautifully with any fruity balsamic, Honey Ginger or Suyo Cucumber for everything from vibrant vinaigrettes and seafood marinades to fruit-forward glazes.
