Join Corissa Holmes King, Arome’s Sourdough enthusiast, as she shows guests how to prepare a savory sourdough themed breakfast for Christmas morning. Corissa will demonstrate how to make a delicious sourdough bread strata that includes a custard made with sourdough discard; accompanied by a perfectly ‘pear’ed winter salad.
This is a cooking demo from 10:30-11:30am followed by guests enjoying this brunch in Arome’s wine bar. Your first serving of a ‘cranberry blood orange mimosa’ is included within the ticket price. You'll leave with the recipe for both the Sourdough Strata and Winter Salad, along with the confidence to whip up this dish for a stress-free holiday morning.
