About the Chef:
Chef Adrien Calmels is a chef whose career spans some of the world’s most acclaimed Michelin-starred kitchens in Paris, Hong Kong, and New York City. Recognized early in his career by San Pellegrino’s Young Chef Awards for his creativity and technical precision, Adrien has continued to refine a style that balances innovation with a deep sense of place.
Now back home in Central Oregon, he blends fine dining discipline with a respect for nature, crafting contemporary tasting menus that celebrate the micro-seasons and terroir of the Pacific Northwest. His pop-up series offers an immersive dining experience that reflects his belief that food should tell the story of where it’s from.Dietary Restrictions:Adrien is able to accommodate requests for a vegetarian or pescatarian menu, but is unable to adjust for other dietary restriction given the nature of the pop-up event.
