A well-rounded organic black loose leaf tea with fruity notes that beckon summer. Makes excellent iced tea and kombucha. In a kombucha primary brew try mixing half Nilgiri Mountain with half Gunpowder green tea, it's a heavenly blend for kombucha.

Ingredients: Southern Indian Black Tea.

Steeping Instructions: Steep 1 tsp tea per 8 oz cup. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes in 190º - 200º F water.
