Ingredients: Ginger, Cinnamon, Honeybush, Fennel, Black Peppercorns, Cardamom, Nettles.

Steeping Instructions: Steep 1 tsp tea per 8 oz cup in boiling water. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
