Smooth earthy flavor with notes of aromatic sticky rice. Puerh is a fermented tea product, that is directly translated from Chinese into "dark tea". This tea is produced by first drying and rolling the tea leaves, which is followed by microbial fermentation and oxidation. Puerh is a great coffee replacement tea with it's robust flavor and earthy tone. The sticky rice puerh is also great as a hold over between meals because the sticky rice flavors have a satisfying effect.
Ingredients: Ripe Chinese Puerh Tea, Nuo Mi Xiang (Glutinous Rice Herb).
Steeping Instructions: Steep half a toucha of tea per 8 oz cup. Steep for 5 minutes in 190º to 200º F water.
